Do you shriek in agony on seeing those bunkers under your eyes every morning? Dark circles can literally be dreaded black spots on your facial beauty. Needless to say, they are perfect look spoilers!

First things first – Think - how you pass your day? Too many late nights? Tons of parties and booze? Do you run away from green vegetables? Study your lifestyle, for a lot can be changed for good, by bringing in little changes to your routine life itself. This is sheer logic - not magic.

And, now here are a few quick-fix remedies from your kitchen and bathroom shelf -

Along with it being a strong muscle booster, milk is a beauty enhancer too. Lactic acid and variety of nutrients in milk soften, lighten and moisturize skin. Milk also reduces puffiness.

This is what you need to do:

  1. Lie down, or sit relaxed
  2. Take 2 – 4 cotton balls.
  3. Dip each cotton ball in the milk, and dab it softly on your eyes, and under-eye circles.
  4. Repeat this, alternatively under both eyes, till each cotton ball gets warm.
  5. Leave on for a few minutes, and later wipe clean the eye area with a soft towel. Do not rub.
  6. You can do this twice a day for about 3 weeks to see great results.
Note: Avoid using tissue paper for applying milk, as it might lead to skin irritation.
